Order and delivery

Use the order reference from your receipt to check packing, carrier hand-off and tracking.

Photograph the outer carton, inner packing and damaged item within 48 hours. We will assess replacement or refund.

Unused, undamaged equipment can be requested for return within 30 days; eligible Club members receive 60 days.

Check the care ledger on every product page. Glass, sharp garnish tools and pinch points require adult handling.

Billing, cancellation and quarterly Bar Studio delivery questions are handled by the membership team.

Send product name, order reference where applicable, and clear photographs for damage or care questions.
